Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in administration and operations.
• Strong organisational abilities and time management to support business needs.
• Proven experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Autonomous and able to arrange tasks to support the business.
• Good verbal and written communication with internal and external collaborators.
• Good IT skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems and temperature-sensitive shipping.
• IATA Dangerous Goods shipping knowledge a plus (training offered).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments and materials.
• Pack according to shipping instructions and local regulations globally.
• Maintain shipping department consumables and raise requisitions.
• Maintain a shared team email inbox with accurate information.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pick and issue internal material requisitions and transport tasks.
• Ensure storage according to storage conditions and EHS rules.
• Maintain accurate ERP system transactions.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support international shipping and coordination of hazardous materials.
