Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Stores team at our site in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire. The role involves handling goods flow, receiving and dispatching items, and maintaining accurate ERP records. The shift is 37.5 hours per week, with standard weekday hours and some overtime.

Applicants should have GCSEs in science, maths and English and a full UK driving licence; forklift licence is preferred. Prior warehouse or stores experience is advantageous as is IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• National level of education (c / 4 or above) in science, Math and English GCSE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the flow of goods/documents to end user departments.
• Goods In - receiving deliveries, unpacking and checking against spec/quantity.
• Goods Out – delivering goods/samples to departments on site.
• Receipting deliveries into ERP system.
• Storing inventory items in correct locations.
• Picking inventory items against requisitions.
• Packing and dispatch of goods to external destinations.
• Assisting in inventory management and cycle counts.
• Sorting and distribution of internal and external mail.
• Comply with SOPs and policies; overtime/out of hours as required.
