Tether Ltd. seeks a VP of Tech Expansion to lead global adoption and commercial expansion of the company’s technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Expansion Officer, the role oversees AI, self-custodial infrastructure, peer-to-peer systems, and digital & financial infrastructure across geographies.

The VP will build a high-performing global Tech Expansion organization, recruit and develop leaders, and engage with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, and government leaders to close major partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience across enterprise technology, AI, digital infrastructure, fintech and digital assets.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, decentralized infrastructure, and digital platforms.
• Proven experience originating, structuring, and closing major enterprise or government technology partnerships.
• Ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives, government leaders, and other senior decision-makers.
• Experience developing global go-to-market strategies across multiple technologies and markets; strong leadership経験.

• Monitor performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead senior professionals and teams responsible for expanding technologies.
• Develop repeatable commercial and execution playbooks across technologies and markets.
