Job summary

Tether is a global fintech innovator seeking a Head of AI Expansion to drive the worldwide adoption of its AI ecosystem, with a focus on decentralized, privacy‑preserving AI infrastructure.

You will engage senior government and enterprise leaders, structure multi‑jurisdiction deals, and scale a high‑performing team across multiple regions, collaborating with product, engineering and AI domains to deliver strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or tech business development.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, inference, local/edge computing, data infrastructure and decentralized architectures.
• Proven experience originating, structuring, and closing large enterprise technology deals and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Drive global adoption of QVAC and Tether AI across enterprises, institutions and governments.
• Define and execute Tether AI’s global go-to-market strategy and pipelines.
• Build and lead the AI Expansion team across geographies and cultures.
• Recruit expansion managers and solution architects and set KPIs and processes.
