Tether is seeking a VP of Tech Expansion to lead global adoption and commercial expansion across AI, self-custodial infrastructure, and digital assets. This executive will report to the Chief Expansion Officer and manage international teams to drive strategic deployments, partnerships, and scalable playbooks.

The role requires strong technology knowledge, commercial judgment, and extraordinary relationship-building with CEOs, CTOs, and government leaders. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across enterprise technology, AI, fintech, or digital assets.
• Proven track record in originating, structuring and closing major enterprise or government partnerships.
• Strong ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives and government leaders.
• Experience developing global go-to-market strategies across multiple technologies and markets.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute global expansion strategy for Tether's technology ecosystem.
• Identify high-potential markets, industries, partners, and use cases.
• Lead senior professionals and international teams across technology verticals.
• Negotiate and close major partnerships and deployments with enterprises and governments.
