Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an Immigration Coordinator to define and manage visa processes for Field Service Engineers, ensuring timely mobilisations to projects. The role maintains valid visa levels in line with KPIs and acts as the subject matter expert for migration issues across global operations.

You will work with Resource Planners, Project Managers and international embassies to deliver compliant, cost-effective support while protecting Siemens Energy's reputation and the wellbeing of field

Qualifications

• Substantial knowledge and experience of visa, international delegation processes and immigration requirements.
• Knowledge and understanding of Field Service Engineer skill requirements.
• Experience with global mobilisation in a large corporate organisation.
• Ability to work with different cultures and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and update visa instructions and information in the visa database.
• Define visa strategy based on short, medium and long-term forecasts.
• Resolve visa and immigration queries for field staff and delegates.
• Support visa database administration and data cleansing.
• Provide visa support during manpower planning meetings.
• Maintain KPI data for valid visas and related applications.
