Job summary

Technip Energies is seeking an experienced International Mobility Specialist to support mobilisation, relocation and ongoing management of international personnel on the Net Zero Teesside Power Project. This role will drive immigration, assignment administration, relocation support, and compliance for expatriate staff and inbound workers.

The ideal candidate is highly organised with experience supporting large engineering or energy projects, capable of coordinating multiple priorities and

Qualifications

• Experience in International Mobility, Global Mobility or Expatriate Management.
• Knowledge of UK immigration and right-to-work requirements.
• Experience coordinating international assignments within a corporate environment.
• Strong mobility administration and compliance processes.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the mobilization and onboarding of international employees and assignees.
• Manage the lifecycle of international assignments from initiation to termination.
• Coordinate visa, work permit and immigration processes for international personnel.
• Prepare assignment documentation and maintain mobility records.
