Global Wind Service (UK) Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional to manage immigration and work authorisation for our international workforce. You will collaborate with project teams, HR and providers to ensure legal travel and work across multiple countries while maintaining compliance with local requirements.

The role combines administration, advisory work and process improvement in a dynamic renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with immigration, visas or work permits in an international context.
• Knowledge of immigration regulations and cross-border mobility compliance.
• Experience supporting an international or project-based organization.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support projects in securing permissions for entry and work in relevant countries.
• Design and maintain documentation on work authorisation for traveling technicians.
• Advise on international mobility cases and address compliance issues.
• Investigate immigration protocols and government requirements for market entries.
• Handle immigration and visa issues for intra-company personnel and postings.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders and providers.
• Define and implement new ways of working for cross-border mobility.
