Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an Immigration Coordinator to ensure all visa processes are clearly defined, enabling Field Service Engineers to mobilise to projects on time. The role maintains the required number of valid visas according to KPIs and acts as the subject matter expert for migration and visa matters within Field Service.

Qualifications

• Substantial knowledge and experience of visa and immigration requirements.
• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Field Service Engineer skill requirements.
• Experience with Primavera Web, SAP, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Office.
• Several years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Review and update visa application instructions and information in the visa database.
• Define visa strategy based on forecasts to meet immigration requirements.
• Resolve visa and immigration queries for field staff and delegates.
• Support visa database administration and data cleansing.
• Provide visa support during manpower planning meetings.
• Maintain KPI data for valid visas and related applications.
• Share best practices to build visa knowledge across teams.
• Gather country-specific immigration information from external sources.
