Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Product Manager to lead Global VAT Compliance & Reporting tools. You will own third‑party VAT tooling, translate business needs into clear product requirements, and collaborate with VAT specialists, delivery teams and IT.

• Own and manage third‑party VAT tools: functionality, config, updates, and improvements.
• Gather requirements from VAT specialists and users; translate to product specs.
• Maintain a product roadmap for VAT tools; prioritise enhancements by needs and releases.
• Manage third‑party providers; schedule check-ins, track issues, escalate risks.
• Monitor tool performance and user feedback to boost efficiency and data quality.
• Ensure tool alignment with VAT rules and business processes.
