Zusammenfassung

RSM UK is seeking a VAT Automation Manager within the Global VAT Compliance & Reporting (GVCR) team. You will automate VAT return processes, partner with delivery and technology teams, and apply data science to create efficient, robust solutions.

A hands-on leader will drive strategy, mentor colleagues and ensure quality across initiatives. You will bring strong VAT knowledge, data analytics experience, and a passion for emerging technologies to improve controls and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of VAT compliance and return processes.
• Experience delivering automation within finance, tax, compliance or professional services.
• Experience working with IT, technology or development teams.
• Ability to translate processes into automation requirements.
• Experience applying data science, analytics or scripting to tax/compliance.
• Interest in AI and emerging tech with practical use cases.
• Hands-on with technology and troubleshooting.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.

• Identify manual or inefficient activities and assess automation opportunities.
