Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a GVRC Compliance Manager to lead VAT compliance engagements across the UK, EU and beyond. You will provide insights, quality assurance, and exceptional client service, overseeing indirect tax filings and acting as the central point of contact for clients.

You will mentor junior team members and drive process improvements using technology to enhance efficiency. Hybrid working and a growth-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong VAT compliance skills from a European or global role.
• Interest in process improvement and technology enablement.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Proficiency in Excel, Alteryx and similar tools.
• Excellent relationship management for international projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead VAT compliance engagements across UK, EU and international markets.
• Provide insightful analysis, QA, and client service on indirect tax matters.
• Act as central point of contact for clients and understand their VAT needs.
• Mentor junior team members and support their growth.
• Drive efficiency improvements by building a VAT knowledge centre.
