Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Tutor Manager (Funded Programmes) to lead a growing international tutor community in support of large-scale online learning partnerships. Qualifications

• Experience of recruiting, onboarding, coordinating or managing tutors for online learning.
• Substantial people management experience and knowledge of online learning.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, feedback review and continuous improvement in teaching or learner support contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and quality assure a tutor pool of approximately 30 lead tutors and tutors from Cambridge, Africa and other international partner institutions.
• Recruitment, selection, onboarding, deployment, performance management, development and retention of tutors.
• Lead tutor onboarding, training and development; manage tutor performance and day-to-day support.
• Oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement; coordinate tutor readiness for programme delivery.
• Provide regular reporting and insight on tutor recruitment, deployment, feedback, risks and development needs.
