Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Tutor Manager (Funded Programmes) to lead a growing pool of tutors across Cambridge and international partners, delivering scalable support for major funded online learning programmes.

You will recruit, onboard, deploy and manage around 30 lead tutors and tutors, ensuring high quality tutoring, robust performance management and continuous improvement, with a hybrid working pattern in Cambridge.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, onboarding and managing tutors for online learning.
• Strong people management and quality assurance experience.
• Ability to use data and feedback to improve learner support.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and quality assure a pool of tutors across courses.
• Recruitment, onboarding, deployment and performance management of tutors.
• Provide training resources and materials for tutors and lead continuous improvement.
