Job summary

Preply is looking for a professional to join the Learning Design & Sciences team in Greater London. In this role, you will define and refine teaching quality standards, lead tutor training programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall quality of tutor education.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in tutor development within an edtech setting and excel in online training environments. Additionally, strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in tutor development, ideally within an edtech or tutoring marketplace setting.
• Strong experience delivering one-to-one training in an online environment.
• Comfortable using data tools (e.g. Amplitude, Looker) to evaluate performance.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine Preply’s teaching quality standards and develop a strategy.
• Continuously analyze teaching quality metrics and optimize tutor development content.
• Develop assessment content and delivery strategy for tutor development programs.
