Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Tutor Manager (Funded Programmes) to build and lead an international tutor community for large-scale online learning programmes. You will work with course leads, designers and partners to deploy tutors, manage contracting and records, and develop resources for quality assurance.

You will monitor learner experience and tutor performance, escalate risks, and contribute to improvements after each course run.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, onboarding and coordinating tutors or teaching staff for online learning.
• Strong people management and leadership experience.
• Clear understanding of quality assurance, feedback and continuous improvement in teaching contexts.

Responsibilities

• Identify tutor requirements and deployment needs for each course run.
• Coordinate interviews, suitability checks and contracting with operations, legal and finance teams.
• Maintain tutor records, training completion and remuneration information.
