Job summary

G-20 Group in London seeks a strategic Finance & Treasury Lead to oversee the global finance function, including accounting, reporting, payroll, and treasury across multiple entities. You will partner with Legal, Operations and Trading to drive controls, governance, and scalable processes in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

The role requires leadership of a multi-entity finance team, strong regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience with financial systems and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in finance, ideally in trading or financial services.
• Experience working in international/regulatory environments.
• Strong leadership capabilities with track record managing teams and vendors.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with cross-border payroll and multi-entity structures.
• Ability to provide accurate financial control, reporting and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global finance function, including accounting, reporting, treasury and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax and statutory obligations across entities.
• Lead month-end and year-end close, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and liquidity across jurisdictions and currencies.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with regulators, banks and service providers.
• Develop forecasts, budgets and performance dashboards for senior management.
• Mentor and develop the finance team and optimize finance processes.
