Job summary

BIE Executive Ltd is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead the global treasury function from London in a hybrid setup. You will own cash visibility, forecasting, FX hedging, and treasury controls, collaborating with senior finance leaders across multi-entity, multi-currency groups.

The role offers clear visibility with senior management and progression as the business grows, with a competitive package and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified treasury professional with multinational experience.
• Strong IFRS 9 hedge accounting experience and FX risk management.
• Proven ability to own treasury processes end-to-end and report to senior finance.
• Excellent Excel modelling skills and internal controls awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own group cash visibility across entities, currencies and banks.
• Manage 13-week and 36-month cash forecasts and intercompany funding.
• Lead group hedging programme against USD and other cost currencies.
• Improve yield on surplus cash within risk limits and counterparty rules.
• Oversee banking relationships, KYC, covenant testing and acquisitions support.
• Define and implement treasury policy, controls, and automation.
