Job summary

G-20 Group, a cross-asset trading firm with global operations, seeks a Finance & Treasury Lead in London. You will oversee the group’s finance function, driving cash, reporting, payroll, and compliance across multiple entities while partnering with senior management.

You will lead a world-class finance team, implement robust controls, and optimise processes to scale growth in a regulated international environment.

Qualifications

• Recognized accounting qualification and professional status.
• 7+ years in finance, ideally in trading or financial services.
• Experience in international/regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payroll and multi-entity structures.
• Proven leadership with teams and external vendors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global finance function for Swiss and UK entities.
• Lead accounting, reporting, treasury, payroll, billing, and payments.
• Ensure regulatory, tax, and audit readiness across jurisdictions.
• Maintain accounting systems and robust internal controls.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with regulators and banks.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses for decision making.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes across the Group.
