As a Travel Operations Specialist, you’ll manage the behind-the-scenes coordination of client itineraries, handling end-to-end administration from booking confirmation through to their return home—ensuring every journey runs smoothly and seamlessly.

We believe the best trips are those that reflect our client's unique way of seeing the world. For over 30 years, we've been crafting personalised journeys, allowing our clients to create a lifetime of unforgettable memories.

Role Highlights
  • Itinerary Management: Accurately confirm all elements of client bookings, ensuring services are secured on time and in line with agreed SLAs.
  • End-to-End Coordination: Manage itinerary updates and amendments, working closely with Country Specialists and suppliers to keep plans accurate and seamless.
  • Quality Assurance: Complete thorough booking checks and validations, ensuring all confirmations, records, and costings are correct.
  • Pre-Travel Preparation: Finalise all travel details ahead of departure, preparing personalised documentation and ensuring every aspect of the trip is ready.
  • Operational Support: Provide behind-the-scenes support while clients are travelling, managing changes and reissuing documentation where required.
It Would Be Great If
  • You are highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities accurately
  • You are a confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • You take pride in delivering high-quality work, ensuring accuracy and excellent service at every stage
  • You are calm, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • You are a proactive problem solver, comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
  • You are committed to continuous learning and development, with a passion for improving processes and skills
  • You have strong Maths and English skills and are confident using Office 365 tools
  • You embody a positive, team-oriented mindset, aligned with Audley’s values and passion for travel
  • Previous travel or CRM system experience (including supplier costing and flight bookings) is an advantage, but not essential

  • Flexible hybrid work options – we ask our employees to join us for a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
  • Wellhub – a wellbeing platform that gives you unlimited, discounted access to top gyms, studios, and wellbeing apps.
  • Benefits Platform – a reward scheme that gives you discounts and cashback with hundreds of retailers.
