Job summary

Kingspan Water & Energy in Portadown is seeking a Transport & Import Customs Administrator to join our Logistics team. You will handle import customs entries for goods moving from Great Britain to Northern Ireland and support the transport function with a range of administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete import customs entries for GB to NI movements using the TSS portal.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain customs invoices and verify invoice accuracy.
• Collaborate with Kingspan GB sites on intercompany transfers and docs.
• Assist with export declarations and ensure documentation is compliant.
• Liaise with the customs broker to ensure HMRC compliance.
