Job summary

SmartestEnergy is seeking a senior Transformation leader to establish and head the Transformation Management Office (TMO), shaping a multi-year programme across people, process, data, technology and behavioral change. You will align delivery partners and senior stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget, creating clarity and momentum across the organisation.

The role involves building a delivery organisation, implementing governance, and driving measurable benefits over a 2–3 year

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading major cross functional transformation programmes of significant scale.
• Strong track record in setting up and running programme governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery controls.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high performing programme delivery teams.
• Expertise in project/programme management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills with experience working directly with C suite or executive leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience of benefits tracking and value realisation.
