Job summary

SmartestEnergy is seeking a senior Transformation leader to establish and head the Transformation Management Office (TMO), shaping a multi-year programme across people, process, data, technology and behavioral change. You will align delivery partners and senior stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget, creating clarity and momentum across the organisation.

The role involves building a delivery organisation, implementing governance, and driving measurable benefits over a 2–3 year

Reporting to the VP - Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a complex, multi-year transformation programme across people, process, data, technology and behavioural change. As the single point of accountability for programme delivery, you will bring together multiple functions, delivery partners and senior stakeholders to create a clear, connected roadmap and drive outcomes on time, within scope and budget. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into structure and strategy into measurable results. You will establish and lead the Transformation Management Office (TMO), build the programme delivery organisation, implement robust governance and performance frameworks, and create the disciplines needed to deliver sustainable benefits. Taking a portfolio of improvement opportunities and historic delivery challenges, you will shape them into a coherent, high-performing transformation programme over the next 2-3 years creating clarity, accountability and momentum across the organisation.
