Job summary

SmartestEnergy is seeking a senior leader to drive transformation across the organisation. Reporting to the VP – Transformation, you will shape how the company designs, improves and embeds end-to-end processes and business change initiatives—ensuring they are scalable, future-fit and aligned to enterprise priorities.

You will establish enterprise-wide approaches to process optimisation and change adoption, using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and structured change management.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end process design and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with digital transformation tools such as Power BI, Excel, Visio/ARIS/Signavio.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Process Owners and change professionals.
• Define enterprise-wide approaches to process optimisation and change adoption.
• Partner with Transformation and IT to measure outcomes and ensure sustainability.
