Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager to join the Global Transaction Advisory Group in the United Kingdom, with offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester. You will lead financial due diligence and support deal teams across the deal lifecycle.

The role rewards a strong Big 4 background, fluent English, and the ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment across multiple geographies, delivering high impact projects for premium clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) at a Big 4 firm is essential.
• Strong academic record; professional qualifications are helpful.
• Fluent business-level English; additional European language skills are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Join a growing TAG team and work across the entire deal life cycle, including buy-side and sell-side work.
• Deliver high-quality financial due diligence for premium clients across geographies.
• Contribute to and lead projects and work streams reporting to Managing Directors or Senior Directors.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in the UK and internationally to build deal experience.
