Job summary

BTG is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or senior advisor to join our Financial Advisory team in the United Kingdom. The role offers exposure to a broad range of advisory assignments, including M&A, Board advisory, transaction services, and lender advisory, with close collaboration with Directors and Partners.

You will support clients, lenders and management through complex transactions, build robust financial models and deliver high-quality client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in Audit, Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory or related advisory services.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support M&A, refinancing and advisory engagements from inception to completion.
• Prepare and review financial models, business plans, valuations and transaction structures.
• Analyse funding requirements, debt facilities and financing options.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Support client deliverables including information memoranda, board papers and presentations.
• Contribute to business development through pitches and proposals.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members.
