Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory Manager in London. You will lead strategy engagements, manage M&A lifecycle activities and drive value for corporate and Private Equity clients.

The role involves cross-border collaboration, presenting to senior stakeholders, and contributing to business development in a fast-paced environment. You will work with multinational teams, mentor colleagues and help shape offerings and thought leadership within the Transaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years at a top-tier or boutique consulting firm, Big 4 or similar.
• Experience across multiple M&A lifecycle areas including due diligence and integration.
• Proven ability to lead clients and diverse teams with clarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in research, quantitative analysis and driving insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy engagements addressing client challenges and deliver value.
• Oversee private equity value creation, portfolio and deal strategies.
• Manage M&A activities: target screening, due diligence and integration planning.
• Develop business cases and present findings to C-suite audiences.
• Support business development, proposals and client relationships.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to training and thought leadership.
• Work with multinational teams on complex client programs.
