Job summary

Ambition in London seeks an Associate Director to lead financial due diligence and transaction advisory engagements for corporate, entrepreneurial and private equity clients. Working with Partners and senior leadership, you will drive team growth and deliver high-quality reports.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development while maintaining an entrepreneurial approach in a growing advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Strong Transaction Services, Due Diligence or Deals Advisory experience.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements and project teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and report writing skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
• Previous experience at Senior Manager or Associate Director level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee financial due diligence engagements from planning through to completion.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted adviser throughout the transaction process.
• Review and deliver high-quality reports and client deliverables.
• Identify key commercial and financial risks, opportunities and value drivers.
• Support business development activities and contribute to winning new work.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team.
• Work alongside Partners on strategic initiatives and practice growth.
