Job summary

UFORCE, headquartered in London, seeks a Director of Global Training to standardise and scale training across markets for its uncrewed systems. You will own syllabi, assessments and certifications, while coordinating with regional teams to ensure safe, legal and effective operation.

The role requires leading multi-site training programs, developing new training for products, and leveraging field lessons to improve instruction. Travel to bases and customer sites will be regular.

Qualifications

• Multi-site training leadership in defence or safety-critical environments.
• Experience in course design, assessment and instructor standardisation.
• Credibility with experienced operators and instructors.
• Strong cross-functional leadership without direct line authority.
• Experience contributing to regulatory approvals or audits.
• Experience delivering simulation or blended-learning programmes.
• Inclusive leadership that protects safety and standards under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regularly to bases and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Own global operator and maintainer syllabi, assessments and certifications.
• Develop training for new products, including command-and-control systems.
• Translate field experience into practical instruction within security rules.
• Maintain standards via school visits, authorisation records and corrective actions.
• Coordinate training authority recognition in the UK with Legal and country leads.
• Set pricing and align instructors and assets with demand; coordinate customer-site training.
• Build in-house instructor capability, with external providers as needed.
• Deliver cost-effective simulation and blended learning within budget.
