Job summary

Quantum Systems seeks a UAS Training Instructor to lead training programmes and product demonstrations for operators, military personnel, law enforcement, and senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with the Government Sales team to support customer engagement and showcase capabilities across UK and international defence markets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to defence, security, public safety, or government organisations.
• Ability to acquire Multi rotor and Fixed wing UAS licenses within the UK and Europe.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain UAS operational readiness for demonstrations and training worldwide.
• Develop, update and align training materials with product developments and customer needs.
• Deliver classroom and field-based training on fixed-wing UAS platforms.
