Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a Head of Operational Concepts, Training and Coaching to lead the CTC team and operationalise the SRT MDA system for customers. The role combines leadership of a global team, development of the SRT Academy, and delivery of multi-year training programs with up to 40% travel.

The position is Bristol-based with hybrid working options. The successful candidate will drive adoption, customer collaboration, and continuous improvement of training and coaching offerings

• Willingness to travel internationally to support customers and team.
• Knowledge of maritime domain awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and support a multidisciplinary team of trainers, adoption specialists, and customer success managers to deliver system operationalisation and customer capability transformation.
• Program Leadership: Design and manage the overarching framework for the CTC program, tailoring it to meet customer-specific needs.
• Training Development Coordination: Collaborate with trainers and specialists to develop the SRT Academy and ensure the timely and effective delivery of customised customer training.
• Operational Planning: Develop detailed schedules and action plans for training and coaching initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer timelines and objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to organise resources and logistics for successful program execution.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the effectiveness of training and coaching programs, implementing improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
