Job summary

UFORCE, headquartered in London, is a defence-tech company seeking an AI Specialist, GTM to empower Marketing and Military Exercises with practical AI solutions. You will own small-to-medium AI-enabled workflows, collaborating with the AI team on larger systems, while aligning with GTM goals and architecture.

You’ll drive discovery, build, test, rollout, enablement, and measurement to ensure solutions are adopted and improve capacity, speed, and information access.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI development: build tools, agents, automations, workflows and show impact.
• Business judgment and rapid learning across GTM workflows.
• Identify underlying problems, prioritize opportunities and redesign work.
• Technical and CRM/data fluency with APIs, integrations and data quality.
• Drive adoption, enablement and cross-functional influence.
• Prioritize responsibly, balance quick wins with risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-first Marketing operating model with reusable templates and approved messaging.
• Improve Military Exercises workflows with AI-enabled processes and handoffs into GTM systems.
• Make GTM intelligence actionable by connecting people, signals, and CRM enrichment.
• Deliver small-to-medium improvements in reporting, analysis, and workflow automation for Sales/RevOps.
• Establish ownership, measure impact, and promote adoption of new solutions.
