Job summary

CB&I Asset Solutions is seeking an International Training & Competence Manager to lead development and delivery of global training programs, aligning with market entry, growth, and local content requirements across regions.

You will collaborate with BD, operations, and external providers to ensure practical, scalable solutions, while driving compliant, commercially viable training that supports workforce mobilization and regional expansion.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Operations or Technical Training.
• Strong understanding of international competence systems.
• Knowledge of international training delivery models.
• Experience in Oil & Gas environments.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into practical training solutions.
• Experience supporting bids or proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of international training and competence solutions for market entry and growth.
• Ensure in-country training supports bid activity, readiness, and workforce mobilization across regions.
• Bridge business development, operations, and training providers for scalable capability solutions.
• Develop flexible competence framework adaptable to regional requirements and bids.
