Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Cameron, LA, seeks a Technical Trainer, Assessor to design, deliver, and evaluate technical training for the CP2 LNG facility. You will write literature, develop curricula, and create CBT/ILT materials while conducting field assessments under supervision.

Requires 5+ years in industrial training, strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA/FERC/DOT/PHMSA rules, and experience with LMS systems, e-learning design, and effective scheduling and communication.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Instructional Design certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial facilities, training programs, or similar industry.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, FERC, DOT, and PHMSA regulations.
• Experience with e-learning instructional design and LMS administration.
• Strong presentation, communication, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs.
• Develop training literature, curricula, guides, and CBT/ILT artifacts.
• Coordinate field and classroom training and assess content retention.
• Plan and direct classroom and electronic learning initiatives and simulations.
• Mentor personnel in subject matter and course delivery techniques.
