Job summary

Piramal Critical Care is seeking an Import Export Coordinator to manage international shipment movements and coordinate with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and internal teams. You will ensure compliance with US and international import/export laws and PCC policies, handling documentation, LC issues, and OTIF objectives.

Ideal candidates will have IMDG/IATA certification, at least 5 years of experience in global trade, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to interface with multiple

Qualifications

• IMDG and IATA certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of international import/export experience.
• Knowledge of DG rules, labeling, documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with freight forwarders and 3PL.
• Familiarity with LC/export regulations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliant import/export activities across US and non-US laws and PCC policies.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders and stakeholders to resolve export issues.
• Manage LC and other blockers with Sales and other departments to meet OTIF targets.
• Arrange pickup with trucking companies from PCC warehouse to port/airport.
• Prepare export documents (B/L, packing list, invoice) as required by Customs and carriers.
• Prepare shipments including labeling, inspection and securing.
