Job summary

Pets Choice Ltd is seeking an International Trade Coordinator to oversee end-to-end logistics for imported and exported products across international markets. You will liaise with external partners to ensure smooth movement of goods worldwide and act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams.

You will manage transport, prepare export documents, monitor compliance with customs and veterinary requirements, and continuously improve processes across procurement,

Qualifications

• Experience in an international role (freight forwarding, import/export or customs).
• Understanding of Incoterms and customs classifications.
• General import/export formalities.

Responsibilities

• Organising transport and delivery of international consignments from multiple locations.
• Create commercial documents to facilitate export trade (invoices, health certificates, etc.).
• Oversee accuracy of third-party documents, import/export customs clearances.
