Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Import Export Officer to manage end-to-end import and export planning and compliance for the UK supply chain. You will handle documentation, certificates, and HS codes, coordinating with customs, chambers, and authorities to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, budgeting, and SAP experience. You will work on ongoing process improvements and support the wider logistics team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in import/export activities and regulatory logistics operations.
• Knowledge of HS codes, customs procedures, and AEO/CCG status.
• Strong Excel and ERP proficiency; experience with cost reconciliation.
• Three or more years in regulatory logistics operations.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance across import/export flows and manage end-to-end planning.
• Prepare and file documents for inward/outward processing regimes and approvals.
• Coordinate export documentation, approvals, and shipping arrangements with 3PLs.
• Monitor invoicing, costs, and reconciliations in SAP and related systems.
• Maintain records for auditing and regulatory reporting purposes.
• Support wider supply chain activities as required by the business.
