Job summary

Subsea7 is seeking a Tendering Specialist for the Pipeline Group (PG) based in London, Paris, Glasgow or Aberdeen. The role is full-time and globally mobile, supporting tender development from initial preparation to final submission.

You will coordinate inputs from internal support functions, maintain tender data, and assist the Tender Lead through all tender phases, including handover to project teams for awards or archiving unsuccessful bids.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize cost estimate for tenders.
• Create ITT review matrix and manage clarifications.
• Develop deliverables matrix and ensure approvals.
• Interface with stakeholders across regions.
• Draft tender authorization papers and support presentations.
• Track tender performance and gate reviews.
• Assist Tender Lead with risk screening and qualifications.
• Maintain tender data records for forecasting.
• Hand over awarded estimates to Cost Controllers.
