Job summary

Subsea7 is seeking a Tendering Specialist for the Pipeline Group (PG) to coordinate inputs from internal support functions and develop compelling tender proposals. The role supports the Tender Lead through all tender phases, from initial preparation to submission, and manages handover or close-out after submission.

Based in one of our offices (London, Paris, Glasgow or Aberdeen), the role involves occasional international travel to support global tenders and assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering, bids, proposals or commercially focused roles.
• Clear communication and strong organisational abilities.
• Commercially minded with good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to review, consolidate and present tender information effectively.
• Commitment to confidentiality and process compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop the tender cost estimate to produce a complete, accurate and optimized figure.
• Create and distribute the ITT review matrix and manage clarifications.
• Develop the PG deliverables matrix and ensure approvals and delivery.
• Coordinate interfaces with regional tendering teams and management.
• Prepare tender documents and present to PG Management when required.
• Ensure adherence to tender schedule and drive action tracking.
• Assist Tender Lead with risk screening and qualifications consolidation.
• Maintain tender data records for forecasting and benchmarking.
• Oversee handover of won project estimates to cost controllers.
