Job summary

Subsea7 is seeking a Tendering Specialist for our Pipeline Group (PG) based in one of several offices, including Glasgow, with full-time permanent employment. The role supports the Tender Lead through all tender phases, coordinates inputs from internal support functions and helps deliver a competitive proposal.

You will develop cost estimates, manage ITT reviews, maintain deliverables matrices, and liaise with regional teams and management to ensure timely, compliant bids and smooth handover if

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering, bids, proposals, or commercial roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage several deadlines.
• Commercially focused and numerate with a thorough, detail-oriented mindset.
• Methodical approach to reviewing, consolidating and presenting tender information.

Responsibilities

• Develop the tender estimate for a complete, accurate and optimized cost.
• Develop and distribute the ITT review matrix with clarifications and responses.
• Maintain PG deliverables matrix and ensure approvals.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders across regions.
• Draft internal tender authorization papers and support management presentations.
• Ensure timely gate reviews and action tracking leading to close-out.
• Consolidate risk and qualifications with input from technical teams.
• Manage handover of awarded project estimates to PG Cost Controllers.
