Job summary

MSX International is recruiting for a TSD Analyst to support Jaguar Land Rover's Connected Car operations. Based in Gaydon, you will join a global 24x5x365 team, manage incidents, escalations, and reporting while coordinating with JLR stakeholders.

You will become expert in Connected Car technologies, oversee global markets, and contribute to incident management, knowledge sharing, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualification within IT service delivery.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of Telecommunications, Telematics and IT Services.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Good analytical skills and documentation.
• Keen interest in technology and continuous learning.
• Results oriented with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Connected Car Technologies.
• Oversee Global markets such as UK, USA, China and EU.
• Case Management; incident management, escalations, ticket handling.
• Investigations; product knowledge, technical initiative.
• Liaison with Client; work with JLR teams.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Report generation and distribution to stakeholders.
• Contribute to best-in-class service and customer loyalty.
