Job summary

MSX International Limited is seeking a proactive TSD Analyst to support the Connected Car workforce for Jaguar Land Rover. You will join a 24x5x365 global team, handle escalated incidents, and develop skills across Telematics and Infotainment, with option to work from home when required.

You will report to the TSD Project Leader and Team Leader, manage workload, and help drive service levels, KPI achievement, and customer satisfaction for multiple markets including the UK, USA, China and EU.

Qualifications

• Desirable: IT service delivery qualification.
• Desirable: 1+ years customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of Telecommunications, Telematics, IT services.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Connected Car technologies.
• Oversee global markets including UK, USA, China and EU.
• Case management and incident escalations.
• Investigations and product knowledge development.
• Liaise with client and JLR teams.
• Ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
• Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders.
• Provide training and support as required.
• Present product features using PowerPoint and demo tools.
• Identify issues by analyzing team data.
