MSX International is recruiting for a TSD Analyst to support Jaguar Land Rover's Connected Car workforce. You will join a global 24x5x365 team, handle escalations, and work from home when required, with exposure to Telematics and Infotainment features.

The role emphasizes incident management, KPI adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with JLR teams, based in Gaydon and UK-wide markets.

Qualifications

• Desirable qualification in IT service delivery or similar.
• Experience with Connected Car or IT service delivery is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Become an expert in Connected Car Technologies.
• Overseeing global markets such as UK, USA, China and EU.
• Case management; incident management, escalations, ticket handling.
• Investigations; product knowledge, initiative to think laterally.
• Liaison with Client; work with JLR individuals and teams.
• Report generation and distribution to key stakeholders.
