Qualifications
- Desirable IT service delivery qualification.
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications and Telematics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Connected Car Technologies.
- Oversee global markets including UK, USA, China, EU and Russia.
- Manage case/ticket handling and escalations.
- Contribute to investigations and risk analyses.
- Liaise with JLR teams and clients to ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing as needed.
