Qualifications

• Device management across Jamf, Intune, and Google platforms.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, access controls, and identity management (Okta).
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools and APIs.
• Clear communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners and lead training.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge and help others grow.
• Initiative to identify operational gaps and drive improvements with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated Jira and Slack tickets and document outcomes.
• Provide hands-on and remote technical support across platforms.
• Deliver technical training sessions globally for Service Desk teams.
• Manage devices across Jamf, Intune, and Google environments at scale.
• Perform network troubleshooting including Wi-Fi connectivity and access management.
• Manage Okta group policies, SSO integrations, and identity security for new products.
• Design and implement self-service solutions to streamline user support.
