Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist (TechOps) to lead high-tier IT support and incident resolution for a global workforce. You will collaborate with ITSM and drive operational improvements while supporting diverse platforms and devices.

You will manage device fleets (Jamf, Intune, Google), handle identity and access (Okta), and design self-service automations to streamline user support. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a large, distributed IT environment.
• Hands-on and virtual technical support across platforms.
• Ability to design self-service and automation for workflows.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated Jira and Slack tickets and document resolutions.
• Provide hands-on and remote tech support across devices and platforms.
• Deliver global technical training for Service Desk teams.
• Manage multi-platform devices (Jamf, Intune, Google) at scale.
• Troubleshoot networks, Wi‑Fi, access controls and infrastructure.
• Manage Okta policies, SSO integrations for new products.
