Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Director – Head of Technology for Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation. Location options include multiple countries and UK, with a hybrid working approach.

You will own the technology profile, strategy, portfolio and delivery to advance therapeutic-area science and external innovations, partnering with the DDSAI organization to shape data, analytics and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical R&D or tech leadership.
• Strong governance and portfolio-management skills.
• Experience translating science into scalable technology products.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology portfolio across TA and External Scientific Innovation.
• Define roadmaps and investments aligned with scientific priorities.
• Partner with DDSAI to deliver data, AI and analytic capabilities.
• Ensure regulatory, privacy and security standards across platforms.
