Job summary

Peak Scientific is seeking a Group Technical Specialist to join the Group Technical team, supporting regional service teams globally from our UK HQ. You will translate field insights into practical learning requirements and help improve first-time-fix performance across Peak Scientific brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical service, field service, technical support or similar product-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Support Group Technical in delivering high-quality technical support across Peak Scientific and related brands.
• Provide technical guidance on escalations to help drive timely resolution.
• Analyze ticket data and service trends to identify repeat issues and knowledge gaps.
• Translate technical insights into targeted training priorities and learning requirements.
• Support development and continuous improvement of product and fault-finding training.
• Help reduce repeat escalations and avoidable service visits through learning interventions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support service readiness and product improvements.
• Ensure actions are tracked, updates communicated and improvements completed.
