Qualifications

• Experience in technical service, field service or technical support roles.
• Strong mechanical and electrical technical understanding.
• Ability to interpret schematics, service data and engineering information.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group Technical function in delivering consistent, high‑quality technical support across the business.
• Provide technical guidance on escalations and regional service issues to help drive timely resolution.
• Analyse ticket data, field feedback and service trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Translate technical insight into targeted training priorities, learning requirements and capability improvements.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of product and fault‑finding training content.
• Help reduce repeat escalations and avoidable service visits through focused learning interventions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support service readiness, product improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate in a closed‑loop manner, ensuring actions are tracked and improvements completed.
