Job summary
Peak Technologies is seeking a commercially minded Technical Sales Engineer to help manufacturers and logistics businesses solve engineering challenges across warehousing environments in the UK. You will combine engineering insight with customer interaction to recommend automation solutions, machine vision systems, sensors and industrial devices.
You’ll engage with engineers, operations managers and senior stakeholders, traveling to customer sites and conducting demos, site visits and technical
Qualifications
- Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or field engineering.
- Understanding of industrial automation, machine vision, sensors, and material handling equipment.
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineers, operations managers and senior stakeholders.
- UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with manufacturing, engineering and logistics customers
- Understanding customer processes, challenges and operational requirements
- Providing consultative technical advice and solution recommendations
- Conducting site visits, demonstrations and technical presentations
- Working closely with the sales team and technical teams to demo and build solutions for our customers
- Supporting customers from initial concept through to implementation
